Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before the order status changes to “Dispatched”, whichever occurs earlier.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of skincare products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for used or opened products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is leaking
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Mandatory Requirement

To process any damage or incorrect product claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

  • Start from opening the sealed courier package
  • Clearly show the product and the issue

Claim Timeline

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:customercare@purelume.in

Claims submitted without the required unboxing video or after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Once a return or damage claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

5. Policy Discretion

Purelume Beauty LLP reserves the right to verify claims and make the final decision regarding returns, refunds, or replacements.
